Please review the Refund Policy for lady-co.com website. This policy covers lady-co.com (THE "SITE"), which is owned and operated by LADY™ & Co. We encourage you to take time to read and understand this policy and, as is best practice, those of any websites you visit whether linked to our Site or through your own web search. 

Refund & Returns

For LADY™ spirit purchases, Ohio doesn't allow for refunds or returns on unopened alcohol. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds can be processed as long as your order that has not yet be shipped by the fulfillment retailer. There is a 5% processing fee on all refunds. Please contact info@lady-co.com or phone by 513.613.4111 before attempting a return as not all fulfillment

 

Retailers are able to accept returns.

 

Every cancellation and subsequent refund is reviewed individually. All refund requests must be made within twenty (20) days of the receipt of delivery date. Our distributor  will work with the Retailer to arrange for a return, refund or credit. If you suspect a Product is spoiled or defective, please contact Lady Spirits. Lady Spirits will contact the Retailer and advise you of next steps.

 

There are no refunds for empty bottles. Spoiled or defective Products may generally be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value only. If the Retailer sent you the wrong Product, please contact Lady Spirits immediately to arrange for a replacement through the Retailer.

Merchandise

Returns: You have 10 days from the delivery date to return merchandise for a full refund.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@Lady-Co.com with your order number and reason for return.


Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards, final sale items, and opened or used items are non-returnable.


Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll inspect them and notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of processing.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, etc.).


Exchanges:

Want to exchange for a different size or style? No problem! Simply follow the return process above and place a new order for your desired item.


Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Lady Spirits mistake
